I have many years of experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, stress problems, low self-esteem, eating disorders and addictions. That being said, I consider my true specialty to be the philosophy that I work from. What attracts people to my practice is that they are seeking a deeper way of understanding and working with their problems. There is something in each of us that wants to get to the truth of who we really are and knows there’s more we can be doing to help ourselves. Because of my personal experience with suffering and healing, I am sensitive to psychological pain and understand the desire to get well.

Are We A Good Fit?

I work with people who:

  • Are burnt out and exhausted because they’ve been trying so hard to force themselves to be different or feel better

  • Want to learn how to objectively look at their own mind and let go of patterns that are causing them pain

  • Know that they need to slow down and are ready to start to do that

  • Are seeking inner silence and would like to learn how to quiet their mind

  • Have tried all of the tips & techniques out there and realize that there’s only so far they can go “managing their symptoms”

  • Are interested in discovering their potential for inner freedom

  • Feel stuck and frustrated despite having a lot of intellectual insight into their problems

  • Have a deep longing to know themselves and make sense of the human condition in general

  • Want to understand the true and positive purpose of why their suffering has come into their lives

  • Are interested in focusing within and want to change their experience of life by taking personal responsibility for their inner state
