We all have important inner work to do. Making real change means facing and working through patterns that are clouding your natural, innate well-being. I guide clients through a sincere introspection. We use a structured workbook to explore your inner world and learn a way of working with your pain that is healing for you. A lot of good can come out of your suffering. The ideas used are rooted in Transpersonal and Humanistic Psychology. We also draw from the timeless wisdom of the ancient teachings.
